Our homes are places where young people are heard, respected, and supported to grow, at their pace, in their way. We’re not therapists or clinicians, we’re people who believe in the power of safe, consistent relationships and creating a home.

Care takes time and consistency, so we focus on relationships, routines, and respect.
Manuel Cornwall was born from a simple but urgent need: more local support for children and young people in Cornwall. Too many were being placed far from their communities and the people they knew. We wanted to change that by offering care that is local, rooted, and deeply human.
Since 2019, we’ve provided residential care grounded in compassion, connection, and community. We believe in supporting our team just as much as the children and young people, helping every staff member grow, learn, and leave stronger than they came.
We support children and young people with a range of needs — including social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), ADHD, autism (ASD), and mild learning disabilities. Our care is consistent and child-centred, focusing on daily routines, trust-building relationships, and steady, individual progress.
