Working with young people at Manuel Cornwall is a true privilege. Each child has a unique story, building trust with them is both humbling and inspiring. There's no greater reward than seeing a child believe in themselves again and knowing you've helped them feel seen, valued, and loved.

Working with the young people over the past two years has been inspiring, their growth and enthusiasm have been truly remarkable.

I really enjoy my job at Manuel; I like to think that I am making a difference to the young people’s lives and putting smiles on their faces.

For me working with young people is fun as you get to see them transit and develop from one stage to another, however it is not without challenge such as life can be.
